It’s been seven years since the #SendaiFramework was established. While the past few years threw us a curve ball, some progress has been made in the four priorities, while others have suffered.

As we round this corner, the question is: Are we making enough progress to “to prevent and reduce disaster risk through the implementation of integrated and inclusive economic, structural, legal, social, health, cultural, educational, environmental, technological, political, and institutional measures that prevent and reduce hazard exposure and vulnerability to disaster, increase preparedness for response and recovery and thus strengthen resilience“?

We welcome your thoughts on this in whatever format – articles, reports, reviews, essays, or interviews – that focus on the concept of “shared responsibility” and that broadly address the four priorities identified in the framework.
