I’m a member of a partner organisation, am I eligible for discounted registration?
We are pleased to provide discounted registration to members of our in-kind partners of the symposium. Right now this includes CMOS, RIE Alberta, OAEM, BCAEM, and ICS Canada. A discount code has or will be provided to each organisation to distribute to members. Discount is only valid on non-member ticket pricing options. Additional details are available through your member organisation, or by contacting the symposium committee symposium@crhnet.ca.
My employer is an Organisational Member of CRHNet, what does this mean for me?
Depending on the membership level, your organisation is eligible to purchase a set number of discounted registration passes.
- Entrepreneur, 1 Registration $500.00/each
- Corporate, 2 Registrations $500.00/each
- Enterprise, 4 Registrations $500.00/each
- Industry, 6 Registrations $450.00/each
The discount code to take advantage of this may be used anyone within the organisation regardless of individual membership status. Reach out to your organisation to see how this is being allocated!
I’m a student, am I eligible for discounted registration?
We are pleased to offer a special reduced rate for students and recent graduates. These prices are reflected in the table above. CRHNet members recieve the lowest ticket prices, consider becoming a member.
If you are a not a member of CRHNet AND are currently enrolled student at one of our Post-Secondary Institution members (JIBC, NAIT, YorkU, BrandonU), a small discount is available. A discount code has or will be provided to each member institution to distribute to their students. Please note this discount is only valid on non-member ticket pricing options. CRHNet member pricing remains the best option.

I am an Indigenous person, am I eligible for discounted registration?
CRHNet offers complimentary membership to all First Nations, Métis, and Inuit emergency managers. We invite you to consider becoming a member of CRHNet and to register for the symposium at the member ticket prices. Please send an email to info@crhnet.ca to become a member or learn more.
I have a discount code, how do I use it?
All discount codes must be entered at the time of ticket purchase. Once you have selected your ticket type, there is a place to enter your “promo code” during the checkout process.
I’m unable to attend, what’s the cancellation policy?
We understand that plans change, if you are unable to attend and need to cancel your registration, you must do so in writing by sending an email to symposium@crhnet.ca. The following schedule will apply:
- On or before April 14 – refund 95%
- April 15-26 – refund 70%
- On or after April 27 we are unfortunately unable to provide a refund.
